This privacy notice describes how we handle and protect your personal data (the “Privacy Policy”) when we collect it through Advizera International websites and The International Business Newsletter, business activities, services, events, and communications when we interact with you for use by Advizera International. We do not use and do not recommend using Odoo for your own website & we are not a partner with this service.

“The International Business Newsletter”© belongs exclusively to Advizera International. The certifications displayed on our website pages are authentic and can be seen upon request.

By using our website, services, and/or products, you fully agree with this policy & conditions and acknowledge all of them.

Article 1. We do not share or sell your personal data, are these terms are defined by the GDPR (RGPD) European law. If, for any business requirement, your personal data needs to be communicated to a Third Party to use it, we need to ask for your signed permission by mail.

Upon receipt of your request to exercise your data protection rights, we will acknowledge receipt within the time period required by applicable law and provide you with information about the next steps in the process and the timing. To help protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on certain data protection rights, per applicable law. IMPORTANT: As we respect GDPR rules, we do not answer any data rights request made by another person contacting us on your behalf; you can only request your own personal data protection rights.

Article 8. How to unsubscribe from our communication? You can email us at consult@advizera-international.com or complete the form, mentioning your wish and optionally the reason for it, in the section ‘’Contact Us” on our website www.advizera-international.com and we will proceed to do so.

Article 9. This Policy and all related to Advizera International, any dispute will be subject to Bulgarian law, English language is only applicable to all Advizera International’s policies, contracts, statements of work, and any documents.

Article 10. Our websites (www.advizera-international.com) and (www.the-international-business-newsletter.com) may contain links to affiliate websites, and may receive an affiliate commission for any purchases made by our users on the affiliate websites.

Article 11. The websites may contain user testimonials of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users, and may not necessarily represent all users of our products and/or services. Article 13. The refund policy is only applicable in case of purchasing a subscription to The International Business Newsletter. In case you feel that our products don't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day calendar refund starting from the date that you purchased your first subscription. The refund should be received in a maximum of 10 business days. If you want to cancel your subscription after this, you may contact us via email at consult@advizera-international.com expressing your wish and the reasons, and no refund in any circumstances will be given. The 30-day free trial, and after the free trial ends, is not subject to any refund.

Article 14. Our personalized business improvement services, due to their intellectual nature, can't be refunded.
